Eyes on the road.
Not on the tank.

EyesUp™ is a purpose-built navigation dock for delivery motorcycles. It seals the rider's phone inside a weather-resistant enclosure, positioned directly in their natural line of sight, so every delivery is navigated with eyes up.

One shell.
Every angle considered.

A thermoformed shell of ultra-high-impact PLEXIGLAS® deflects wind, rain and road debris. Behind it, the rider's phone rides in a magnetically sealed compartment with full touchscreen access, charging as they go.

02Why EyesUp

Where improvisation ends,
purpose-built design begins.

Most delivery fleets still run on taped-up consumer phone clamps: phones on tanks, eyes off the road, devices in the weather. EyesUp™ replaces the kludge with equipment engineered for commercial fleet work.

The improvised mount

  • Phone low on the tank or handlebars, eyes drop on every glance
  • Device exposed to rain, dust, vibration and impact
  • Open cradle invites opportunistic theft in traffic
  • Consumer parts fail under daily commercial use
  • Every bike in the fleet looks different

The EyesUp™ dock

  • Navigation raised into the rider's natural forward sightline
  • Enclosed, weather-resistant, magnetically sealed compartment
  • Enclosed housing deters snatch-and-grab theft
  • Fleet-grade materials with replaceable wear parts
  • One standard, professional look across the fleet
03How it works

Fitted in minutes.
Riding for years.

STEP / 01

Mount on existing points

Laser-cut 3CR12 stainless brackets bolt to the motorcycle's existing headlight fixing points. No drilling, no permanent modification, no specialist tools. Typical fit time is two to three minutes.

STEP / 02

Drop the phone in

The flip-up front cover opens on encapsulated magnets. The phone rests on a cushioned backing plate, the cable pass-through connects power, and the cover seals against the weather.

STEP / 03

Ride eyes up

Navigation sits directly in the rider's forward field of view. The flexible optical window keeps the touchscreen usable, and the phone stays charged, dry and secure for the whole shift.

Field-tested in a national
delivery fleet.

Following the pilot, the customer proceeded to a 500-unit production order. Every unit is inspected against fitment jigs and acceptance criteria before it ships.

08Questions, answered

Frequently asked questions

What is the EyesUp™ Rider Navigation Dock?
EyesUp™ is a fleet-grade smartphone dock for delivery motorcycles, made by FabriconLab in Pretoria. A thermoformed PLEXIGLAS® visor and a magnetically sealed, weather-resistant enclosure position navigation directly in the rider's natural line of sight.
Which motorcycles does it fit?
The standard mounting kit fits motorcycles with round headlights and exposed headlight mounting points, including the Big Boy Velocity 150 Cargo used widely by South African delivery fleets. Fitting uses the existing headlight fixing points, takes two to three minutes and requires no drilling. Custom brackets can be developed for other bikes, e-bikes and scooters.
Which phones fit inside?
Smartphones up to 185 × 85 × 13 mm, which covers all major models. A cable pass-through lets the phone charge while riding. Tablets are not supported.
Is it weatherproof?
The phone rides inside an enclosed compartment sealed with flexible magnetic strips and a transparent PVC window that still allows full touchscreen use. It shields the device from rain, dust and road debris in normal riding conditions, and the window itself is a low-cost replaceable wear part.
Has it been tested in real fleets?
Yes. EyesUp™ completed a pilot deployment in a national South African grocery delivery fleet with no reported failures during the pilot window, after which the customer proceeded to a 500-unit production order.
Can it carry our fleet branding?
Yes. Branding can be applied through printed vinyl graphics, laser-marked components or a removable branded cover, and visors can be smoke-tinted or colour-matched for larger orders.
What warranty and support come with it?
EyesUp™ components are covered by a 12-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal fleet use, supported by email and WhatsApp support, supervisor training and a QR-linked rider guide on every unit. Full details are in the rider guide.
